The new series of workshops planned for this November 2011 have now been put on hold until
                                             after the Leicester Comedy Festival in February 2012.

NEWS: Midlands Stand Up Comedy Competition 2012
Unfortunately, there will be no competition this year due to difficulties
                                             finding a new home for the heats. 
 
  





Stand Up Central was born out of Leicester Stands Up which has run hugely successful and award winning shows at The Leicester Comedy Festival. These shows featured new local comedians from the Leicester Stands UP workshops performing alongside comedians from the national circuit.
